Tumbler Glaze Testing

The first picture is of the ten tumblers I used in my last glaze testing. I am really happy with the results. I want to use them all, but I think I should focus on a handful of glazes, stick with them and just improve my form. Unfortunately, glazes are like potato chips and you can't have just one. So here I am adding even more color to my already color overloaded etsy shop.

The second picture is one one of the tumblers using my new backdrop and some slightly adjusted camera settings. I think the photo tweeks really make the glaze pop. Thanks to Jeff Campana for sharing his photo knowlege.

Those glazes are beautiful; I love the turquoise, but that's my favorite color so I am always drawn to it. But I also like your tumblers, they are all great and I would be hard pressed to choose which style I liked best. Great photographs.

Thanks for the comments. These are all commercial glazes, amoco, spectrum and Laguna. I don't have the time or space to make my own glazes right now. It might come later, but at this point there are so many commercial glazes I love, that I don't need to look any further. Here is a link that shows the glazes I used http://cinderelish.blogspot.com/2009/03/glazing-test-tumblers.html
